I first placed my order on the 17th of

I first placed my order on the 17th of may,I did not receive my order,I sent an email to datakits to inform them about this, which they said they would look into.It is now the 29th of may and i still have not received my goods even though the payment was taken out on the 17th may I have sent 2 emails and even called the number on the website and still i have not had a single reply from them.
