When order made, no indication that item

When order made, no indication that item was out of stock, alternative item sent that does not suit. After a couple of unanswered e-mails datakits eventually responded asking what device I wanted to use the purchase with, which i responded to. Since then no further response to numerous e-mails and a couple of phone messages left. After a month have been left out of pocket for goods that are of no use to me. Cannot recommend you purchase from datakits.co.uk
