my goods were to be delivered on 7th may

my goods were to be delivered on 7th may - im still waiting this is sat 9th and post has been so will now not be until at least mon 13th

Im not a happy bunny as i need them for hols on 17th but looking at the complaints when i type in their name i will be one of the lucky few if it ever arrives - have tried calling - no answer - no email return address - next step - wait for post on mon then put in a complaint to paypal

I honestly can t believe kelkoo use this site considering the abundance of complaints that pop up when you type in their name - its a bit late by the time you have ordered to find out this is not only a bad company but also one that are supposedly ceased trading - thank god for paypal protection

I shall be reluctant to trust a kellkoo search in the future if indeed i ever use it again - I feel very let down by both parties
