Placed an order on the 17th of September 2009 for a Motorola V3i lens. It arrived broken, but I can t blame to postman as it was sent in a totally unsuitable package. Then I had to go through a protracted returns system as you cannot phone someone directly. this has so far(15/10/09) been a waste of time. The goods were ordered on 26/09/09 and have not arrived and there seems to be no way of contacting the vendor.

I am now out of pocket by £6.00
They are stealing money.

I still haven t received this item neither have I had any reply to my email enquiry. Although ordered ten days ago the status still shows that it hasn t even been despatched. Datakits are an absolutely appalling merchant. NEVER USE THEM. Despite taking the money from my bank account, the purchase was never delivered (maybe never sent). I have sent four emails, left a phone message and have received absolutely ZERO response. I can only assume that these guys do not care for customers.
