I bought a shell for my mobile phone from these guys. The bit that hold it closed broke the first time I used it.

I contacted datakits for a refund or replacement. And again. And again.

No response of any kind until I lodged a complaint with paypal. At that point they started communicating. I got a return product number and sent it off.

Be warned, the after sales and service having taken your order is extremely poor. There is no phone number and they do not respond to your emails. I have waited 3 weeks for my item so far. I have no idea how they have gained their 4/5 star rating on here. Never again. Read Full Review »

I am not at all impressed with datakits. I ordered earphones in August using my debit card. Money was taken out of my account and then I was e mailed saying the product I wanted was not available. I was offered a different product which I said I did not want, I was e mailed again offering me something different which I still did not want. Placed an order on the 17th of September 2009 for a Motorola V3i lens. It arrived broken, but I can t blame to postman as it was sent in a totally unsuitable package. Then I had to go through a protracted returns system as you cannot phone someone directly. this has so far(15/10/09) been a waste of time. The goods were ordered on 26/09/09 and have not arrived and there seems to be no way of contacting the vendor.

I am now out of pocket by £6.00
They are stealing money.

I still haven t received this item neither have I had any reply to my email enquiry. Although ordered ten days ago the status still shows that it hasn t even been despatched.
