I'm very surprised to see a 5 star

I'm very surprised to see a 5 star rating here because when you google complaint reviews for Nitrotek, the vast majority are 1 star complaints from people who (like me) think this company is about as bad as it gets when you buy something online.

When you eventually manage to get through to someone (which is a complaint in its-self) you speak to someone who tells you one story, but nothing happens so when you call back and can't speak to that person again, the next person tells you a different story.

You go round and round, hours on the phone, trying to get a refund on something which one minute they admit is faulty, the next minute they deny ever saying it was faulty.

They may be cheaper than other companies, but that's because they're happy to sell but don't give a fig about sorting problems out when they've got your dosh - even when the goods are faulty.

I just don't get companies like them, if I could give them no stars I would - but 1 star is the minimum you can leave them unfortunately, so 1 star it is!
