Bunch of jokers. This is the worst

Bunch of jokers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The model I ordered was delivered on the date I was told - 15 December. It was a Christmas present so not opened until then - to which we found it was broken. Now a month later I still have not had any kind of help from them despite countless emails to them. They refuse to collect the model and replace with a new one - which they should do as it's a manufacturing fault. They sent me a spare part of the bit that was broken after 2 weeks of saying it had been sent and surprise surprise it was the wrong part. Customer service and after sales are disgusting. They never answer the phone. What a joke. Will never use them again and nor should you.
