    Bunch of jokers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The model I ordered was delivered on the date I was told - 15 December. It was a Christmas present so not opened until then - to which we found it was broken. Now a month later I still have not had any kind of help from them despite countless emails to them.     Worst company I have ever dealt with. My first and second choice of models were out of stock and they would not furnish me with a lead time. I eventually ended up ordering a nitro model which had a faulty servo.     Customer service is appalling. They breached trading law and accused me of being argumentative and rude. They have taken my money and have refused to give it back, even though this is illegal.
