    I'm very surprised to see a 5 star rating here because when you google complaint reviews for Nitrotek, the vast majority are 1 star complaints from people who (like me) think this company is about as bad as it gets when you buy something online.

    Bunch of jokers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The model I ordered was delivered on the date I was told - 15 December. It was a Christmas present so not opened until then - to which we found it was broken. Now a month later I still have not had any kind of help from them despite countless emails to them.     Worst company I have ever dealt with. My first and second choice of models were out of stock and they would not furnish me with a lead time. I eventually ended up ordering a nitro model which had a faulty servo.
