Ordered at 5pm Tues. Store phoned me Wed am to say item had been dispatched and should be delivered within 48 hours. Arrived 10.30 am the following day. Difficult to see how this could be improved on. Read Full Review »

I ordered a Dyson Ball Animal. Website says it will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days. The next day I recieved a phone call to say my Dyson would be with me within 2 days. 5 days later I rang up to find out where it was, my number was taken and I was told I would be rung up within the hour.The next day I rung back to find out why no one had rung, I was told my Dyson had been dispached ... I cannot recommend Freenet highly enough; their prices are very competitive and their service is SECOND TO NONE.

I ordered my Dyson DC14 Animal late Thursday everning and, because of my terrible typing, I supplied Freenet with the wrong telephone number. They contacted me by e-mail early on Friday to correct the telephone number and, in spite of that, I received the Dyson early on Monday morning.... Read Full Review »
