Great prices. No invoice sent had to ask to recieve an invoice, absolute silence untill we called for invoice appologies offered by person on phone which was accepted then was given a delivery date 6 weeks after payment in full, when delivered we specificly asked for 1 hours notice/phone call prior to delivery so we could to be at delivery address, item arrived delivery driver called when he arrived, so No Notice given, so i called driver direct, he said to call office, office and they said they could not re-deliver even though they where still in area, and £60 charge to be applied, after several calls order was cancelled and full money refunded, be careful seems to be lack of contact and freenet wipe there hands once the item is with delivery company ( yes i did ask for the manager / boss he was in a meeting !) so it makes me wonder what there after sales service is like ?, found item for same price elsewhere and delivered within 1 week !
