This company appears to be in administration. I ordered goods over the net for £1,500 on 11th Nov 08 and had the money deducted from my bank account that day. Two weeks later no delivery info had been recieved so I contacted them and was told delivery would be in New Year. On the whole not bad. The prices where best around and Preston in sales was very helpful but I had to cancel one of my items and chase the refund. Still waiting. This company were recomended to me by my builder who has close links to them so I called him on 19/12 when i could make no contact with the company, he told me they had gone into administration. This store, trading as Biasco, promised 10 day delivery. I placed an order for 4 kitchen items and my credit card was debited immediately. After six weeks they still could not give me a delivery date on 3 of the 4 items, so I accepted the item in stock and cancelled the outstanding orders. I easily bought them elsewhere.

RTD who also trade as Biasco should be avoided. I ordered a sink and a hob from them. The sink arrived promptly but then heard nothing about the hob. On enquiring I was told it was out of stock with the manufacturer. It was easy to order a washing machine. But upon cancelling the order it has been much harder to get my money back. Several call where made and I was left waiting for an hour each time. I sent an email and there was no response.

Ordered thro Biasco [RTD is the parent] £529 cooker hood...no contact & no delivery after 17 days so I cancelled. Refund promised but none came, tried to contact but difficult. Ordered a gas cooker in early April and a few days later the money was taken from my bank account.
A week went by with no contact from them. They ignored email inquiries and when I phoned, they made excuses for not having a delivery date and did not get back to me.
