A mixed bag. The phone I ordered was out of stock in spite of web site showing it in stock. The company could not give any date for delivery. In spite of this the web site continued to show it in stock for several more days. I ordered a replacement, but the wrong one was sent. This was corrected and the correct one sent quickly.

First time user of Ligo. Good clear website and very user friendly, straightforward ordering process.

Although the product I ordered was delayed due to being out of stock, Ligo s communication channels were very good and the order still arrived within 3 days of my being informed there was a delay.
Goods were packed well and no problem with the delivery.
