I ordered my bike from Discount Bicycles

I ordered my bike from Discount Bicycles on line and thought it seemed a good site. Nearly 14 days later the bike arrived, this bike was bought as a birthday present and when it finally arrived it was too late - their site claims to have it delivered within 7 days, this did not happen and therefore my order was cancelled before it was dispatched, they had also taken the money. Even though the order was cancelled before dispatch they decided to send the bike anyway and now want to charge £70 for it's return. The bike was left with a neighbour so I couldn't refuse to accept the parcel. Absolutely terrible service and would definately not recommend this site
