Paid extra to get order expedited - you

Paid extra to get order expedited - you have to phone up to do this - and it arrived 4 whole days later. Worse, the product was not as described. On the website it says the seat can take up to 22 kgs of child. On the box it clearly says only 15kgs. Ah, I see this bullet point has been removed now after my complaint - but the space is still there! I am assured by customer service that the seat will take a 'whole adult'. No thanks
