Discount Bicycles? NEVER AGAIN.
This shop is very quick to sell but won't take any responsibility for faulty products. When I attempted to exchange the lock I bought from them, which basically fell apart after day 1 of purchase ,the boss just talked himself out of the situation, and even told me I was arrogant!Frankly, their customer service is 0, they are unprofessional, unfair and insultive on top of it!I would have bought more products from them if it wasn't for this incident.I know people who have bought products from them and it turns out they were also very dissatisfied with their service.I do not recommend Discount Bicycles Ltd to anyone.
