hi don't normally Wight review's but thought id share my experience from this company as i brought a guest bed from bedworld uk and one of the bars across the bed fell off and the wheel on the under bed also broke off the frame of the bed but thought hay this is still under guarantee so email bedworld uk to tell them what ad happen to the beds they email me back say they would look in to it and get back to me ok i thought give them chance to look in to it then the person the other end said can i send pictures thought great they going to do something about it well i was wrong sent email back saying and i quote; {received a reply back form our factory and they have enclosed a copy of the test certificate for the goods you have purchased from us. They have looked into this matter and feel that the defect is not a manufacturing fault and we will therefore not be able to take any further action on this matter.} what a load of rubbish the bed is still under 12 months warranty so you would have thought that would cover you not so with bedworld uk will never use this firm again
