Terrible service! Don't trust the

Terrible service! Don't trust the delivery timescales given!

Ordered a guest bed from bedworld late April. Expected delivery given as 3 weeks on their web site. After several weeks of no further contact I gave them a call. They had no information on when they were expecting delivery from the manufacturer. After calling 6 weeks in a row I was advised that the bed was to be delivered to the courier company and that they would contact me shortly.

After 1 week no contact from the courier, I gave them a call and they advise that they were going to call me soon! Great!

Eventually I am called and delivery is arranged for a week later. When the beds arrives packaging is in a state and some minor damage to the bed frame itself. Even worse two boxes are missing... I'm still chasing them now! Note payment was taken at the order stage and not delivery!

DO NOT USE BEDWORLD!
