not at all satisfied , customer care

not at all satisfied , customer care appauling. purchased a Panasonic DMREZ45 DVD COMBI with Freeview at £ 237.00. Item arrived fine , however, we could not get the DVD section of the appliance to work at all. ( dvds played on our other machines in house) manufactures help line advised there was a fault, called customer services and informed them , it was collected but we were advised they could not find a fault! and wanted to return us the same item, not exchange it. we werent satisfied with that so they refunded us our monies BUT LESS £20.00 FOR CARRIAGE AND COLLECTION !! ***BEWARE BUYERS *****
