I typed in a specific code for a tv

I typed in a specific code for a tv stand, i was directed to go-electrical web site, requested item displayed with 2 shelves which i ordered (no mention of extra charge for 2nd shelf. Item arrived with one shelf. I called and emailed go-electrical with no satisfaction. Latest email from go-electrical now blaming search engine for error. I am now left with an unwanted item i could have bought cheaper locally.
