Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service and delivery. Ordered microwave that showed "in stock" only to receive it 2 weeks later. After 2 weeks delay Go Electricals refused to deliver it free on a Saturday, which ruined our special occasion, which was the reason for buying the microwave in the first place. After having carefully selected a plasma tv stand, i sent an order through and was told (on Tuesday) that it would arrive on Thursday. I then proceeded to take a day off work and when it hadn't arrived by 4pm, I called them to confirm that it was indeed to be delivered on this day. Do Not buy anything from them!
Try to Order a Dyson DC22 on Monday, they charge the money in 1sec.
On Wednesday I wrote an e-mail to them ask about where is the item, no reply until now (Sunday).I Called them on Thursday, and they said the item is not in stock until next Monday, and MAY delivery to me in mid next week.

Do not use them. I placed an order on 7/9 for a Magimix food processor as an engagement present for my niece. Go Electric debited my credit card immediately, even though they didn't have the item in stock.
