Absolutely appalling customer service and delivery. Ordered microwave that showed "in stock" only to receive it 2 weeks later. After 2 weeks delay Go Electricals refused to deliver it free on a Saturday, which ruined our special occasion, which was the reason for buying the microwave in the first place. They blamed earthquake in Japan, van breaking down etc. for their failure to deliver. Customer service is non existent, suggested we pay £45 delivery for £69 microwave. Very disappointed.
Great service and even better prices. Fast, efficient delviery, were able to tell me what time my parcel would arrive to save waiting in. Telephone sales team were very helpful in answering my product questions and checking stock availability. Would recommend.
I ordered the Dualit food processor. My payment was made & went through immediately. I received e-mail confirmation. BUT after a week & no contact or delivery I phoned. Was told "we're waiting for it to come in. Will be with you next week". Next week came and still no delivery. Another phone call. I was told "Not in stock, will deliver next week". By this time I'd had enough and cancelled my order. I'm still waiting for my refund. The customer care of this company is absolutely appalling. They made no effort to inform me of the delay. They may be the cheapest, but that's no good when you don't have the goods!
I ordered a Polti Steam Generator yesterday and, literally, within 24 hours I have received it - EXCELLENT customer service. When I phoned Go Electrical I spoke with Jill who informed me that the computer database showed only one Polti Steam Generator in stock - rather than purely rely on the computer data, she asked if she could call me back while she went to the warehouse to make sure the item was in stock. Service over and beyond the usual. Well done Go Electrical - how refreshing to get REAL customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Go Electrical again. Do NOT order from this company. After having carefully selected a plasma tv stand, i sent an order through and was told (on Tuesday) that it would arrive on Thursday. I then proceeded to take a day off work and when it hadn't arrived by 4pm, I called them to confirm that it was indeed to be delivered on this day. I was then told that it hadnt even been dispatched and would be due on monday at the very earliest. This company is a complete joke and i would implore all potential customers NOT to waste their time and money on them. would i recommend this store??? HELL NO!
Do Not buy anything from them! Try to Order a Dyson DC22 on Monday, they charge the money in 1sec. On Wednesday I wrote an e-mail to them ask about where is the item, no reply until now (Sunday).I Called them on Thursday, and they said the item is not in stock until next Monday, and MAY delivery to me in mid next week. I don't understand why charge the money if no stock available?
Do not use them. I placed an order on 7/9 for a Magimix food processor as an engagement present for my niece. Go Electric debited my credit card immediately, even though they didn't have the item in stock. On 10/9 they offered an alternative, which they also didn't have in stock and could not obtain for an extended period. 'Phone calls I made to them were not returned on three separate occasions. I cancelled the order verbally and by e-mail on 15/9, but they didn't refund my card and I have had to dispute the transaction with the card issuer.
Ordered a tv stand after finding on search engine. First delivery missed due to being at work, unable to collect as item too large and heavy. Requested item be redelivered 2 days later after changing work pattern to ensure someone there to accept it, only to wait all day to find go-electrical had requested it be returned to them! Definite lack of communcication between go-electrical and customer. After this, I cancelled order but had to wait 5 days for refund. Not impressed.
Found Go-Electrical Vir, Pricegrabber.co.uk Asked 2 questions about the item before making purchase, As was unsure about a store i have not even heard of before, as there are so many cowboys around. Ordered Sebo Hoover Friday evening 9.36pm. Arrived 9am on Monday morning. Can't compain with that. Everything as ordered. I work from home - might have been a good idea for them to phone or email me to make s ure that I was in to receive it. Delighted with the prompt delivery and the Sebo
