    The site and phone contact with a young lady called Hayley were both excellent. I phoned as stock and delivery were very important and confermation was given with delivery stated to be Tuesday. However, one ordering via the site, an extra £10 was requested for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.     I have used Beyond Television once. Ordering was easy and showed the product as in stock . My credit card was debited immediately. Seven days later I was phoned to be told the item was no longer available and my credit card would be credited in a few days. There was no explanation why it took 7 days to notify me their computerised stock system was unreliable and I m still waiting for the refund! Read Full Review »
