    I ordered an LG 47" LCD HD TV & paid £20 for delivery within 3 days. There was a problem with the TNT courier service but Beyond TV Customer Service was excellent. They looked into the matter, chased up delivery & promised that if they couldn t sort it, they d despatch a 2nd TV that day for delivery the following day (which happened to be Xmas eve).     PLEASE dont use this company. I thought the prices were too good to be true and they are. I ordered a tv for £550 and paid and extra £10 for it to be delivered on a specific day, it never came then at 10pm that day i recieved an email saying they cancelled my order and "no monies had been taken from my account" I checked with barclays and sure enough they had taken every penny.
