I purchased a telly the 27th of October

I purchased a telly the 27th of October and payed extra for delivery within 3 days. But on the delivery day i was called to know that the telly was out of stock. And they did not know when it will be in stock. I was asked if i wanted a refund.So i asked will it be in stock next week and i was told thy did not know when they where having them back. So i called on the 10th and they still did not know when. So i said i will call again tomorrow. But i decided to cancel and rang up again for a refund. And i spoke to a different girl and she told me they are not getting any more of these tellys in.Not very good for business.
