I rang customer services and they were less than helpful then the operator said she would find me an email address to help me further and left me on hold for almost 15mins!! Delivery estimated 24th Dec. e-mail confirmed despatch 17th Dec. but due to bad weather, delivery not guaranteed for Christmas. I called because I wasn't able to finish an order because of a glitch in their system, and by the time I called them they raised the price.
