    Thank you for your review.

    I am sorry that you are having problems with your camera.

    Pixmania allows you 15 days to return a product that is faulty for an immediate refund.
    Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered.

    We have a 2 year warranty on all of our cameras. The first year is with the manufacturer and the second year is with us.
    Should you have any problems contacting the manufacturer directly we would be happy to organise a pick up for repair.

    Please contact me on rachel@pixmania.com with your order details so that I may contact you and advise you on our warranty details and organise a repair or refund if you are within the timeframe.
