    Dishwasher arrived on time, the purchased installation service was not on the delivery trucks schedule so they wouldnt do it. They also wouldn t take the old one. I was left with a kitchen with an old broken dishwasher and a new one unfitted.

Some hours later I was emailed by them to tell me that the item was not actually in stock (though their website had not indicated this at time of purchase).     Happy with price and product (Sony 32" LCD TV). Web site easy to use. However delivery options confusing - apparently only 2 levels of delivery but 4 or 5 couriers. DHL in the end, though web site seemed to indicate Parcelforce. Tracked well on web site and passed on to DHL web site with tracking number. Practically no notice so no chance to be in receive it.     Ordered a LCD TV, good price but it then transpires they had no stock. Cancelled order, to be then told the stock was to be delivered the next day. Re-instated order, to be then told, a few days later, that the delivery was delayed. Cancelled order again.
