    Partial scam!!! beaware!!!
    Pixmania advertised goods that will never be in the stock!!!
    I have had 4 orders with them 2 were fine, but 2 were a scam and I new it right away, just human behaviour drived me to still try.......what if.
    Before you make an order you have to accept conditions, where it is said that they reserve right to hold you funds for 30 days even if the item is not in stock.....why... Read Full Review »

    Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had problems with two of your orders due to stock levels.

    It is stated in our terms and conditions 5. Availabilty;

    “If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment.”

    By law we are required to either supply the product ordered or refund the client within a month of the client placing the order. If your item is in stock it will be dispatched immediately. We will always do our best to ensure that the stock levels are updated, however if you find that this is not the case we are happy to refund you immediately or offer a substitution.

    Please contact me on rachel@pixmania.com with you order details so that I may review your file and ensure that you have been refunded or offered a suitable solution.

    I ordered a laptop at the time it showed

    I ordered a laptop at the time it showed it was in stock. when checking the status of my order after waiting for 2 weeks(company had taken the money)it showed that the item was not in stock.
    customer service was great they took 48hours to answer my queries, however they couldnt get the item. I was not happy that I was able to process my order.
