DO NOT buy from PIXMANIA, been told 50 TV's in stock delivery 2 - 3 days. Now over a week and still no sign of delivery. Rang Cust Serv on numerous occasions (My expense) No use what so ever, asked to speak to someone higher up the chain, "But you can't do that sir" Wish i'd read reviews before purchasing, from what I can see they get a slating from everybody. What an unbelievable waste of my time.
Chose them as they were the cheapest and only had 5 days delivery time..so wasn t too fussed. Ordered on the Tuesday, heard nothing by Monday, so called the helpline(wrongly named), got hold of somebody in India who had no idea what was going. You ring Pixmania customer services, after a menu you are
cut-off!
I was ringing for a vat invoice, as required an invoice address different to the delivery address.
Was told invoice would arrive with camera, but no invoice
Finally, after three phonecalls received an invoice by e-mail with invoice address, same as delivery address !! Read Full Review »
