    Our fridge arrived ok, but there was a fault on it and we had to send it back. I had a nightmare trying to get a replacement, I was referred from one tele number to another and spent an hour on the phone calling 0870 numbers, which cost a lot to call particularly when on each number I had to listen to all the speel and press this number and that and then was left on hold for ages.     as of now i will not recommend pixmania. the reason being it took me ages before my order could go through. when it comes to availability and delivery, hell i ordered my product like two weeks ago and i still haven t received it. they say its not in stock but on the website the same product is there and next to it says in stock. customer service is really bad as well because i am not being updated...
