    Product was ordered less than 2 weeks before Christmas and was delivered on the day specified (well in advance of Christmas)and in pristine order. The delivery men even disposed of the replaced product (fridge) free of charge. Full Marks Pixmania! Read Full Review »

    My order was confirmed as in stock and I received confirmation via email. 2 days later I received an email to say the item was not in stock and the manufacturer could not specify when delivery would be made. I was given the option for a refund so I accepted as I didn t know when they could complete my order. Initially they said a refund can take up to 28 days even though my payment was instant. ...     Pixmania do not have UK call centres and

    Pixmania do not have UK call centres and if you do call then all the call centre staff can do is send an email to head office in another country.
    Email communications are just as bad.
    When I contacted the company (within 30 mins of the order) to change the delivery address they could not, they emailed me back to say refuse the delivery (which was in a couple of days time) and then they tried to ... Read Full Review »

    I am sorry you had problems with your delivery address, and that it was unable to be changed and
    that you had problem communicating with our customer care agents.

    Once an order has been validated, it immediately goes into the preparation stage and at this point
    we are unable to change your address details. This is to ensure that our dispatch and deliveries are
    made in the promised timeframe.

    Our customer care agents, are trained in and all aspects of our terms and conditions and are there to
    answer your basic enquiries.
    If you have more in depth inquiries they will then contact our head office and one of our specialized
    departments for further information.
