    Despite the website saying that items were in stock when I ordered I was then informed, after ordering that shipment would be delayed due to lack of stock. When I checked the website the same day it still said that stock was available. Contacting them was more difficult than many places as there is no phone-line.     Took just over a week to deliver, which was a little longer than the 3 - 5 days stated, but they did send an email and apologise in advance, so no complaints really.
