    Superb service, ordered late on a Sunday night and had Phone sitting on my desk by Tuesday lunchtime.

    Phone shipped as described (Shipped from Paris via UPS) with a UK plug adaptor and £105 cheaper than Play/Amazon!

    My one minor complaint was all the extra services (optional membership club/Zen engagement) that they automatically add to your shopping cart and you have to remove.

    Yet another of those companies that are (just about) ok until you have to return something.

    I refused delivery of an order over a month ago (as subsequent to ordering I discovered it was available cheaper) and I'm still waiting for my refund.

    The DHL tracking for my order clearly shows that I refused the delivery and indicates that it was returned to Pixmania 6 days later.
