Website is easy to use. Product info and stock availability are accurate. I ordered product and then realised that I had not applied the discount voucher, so contacted customer services who responded quickly, guided me through my options and helped me re-order, applying the discount. I received my product earlier than predicted and was kept informed as to it s status frquently.

The product was delivered by DHL and their web site enabled me to monitor it throughout.

We received an e-mail apologising that the item was unexpectedly delayed, but it actually arrived that day, before the e-mail and well within the delivery time.
The packaging was not as good as I expected- the boxed item was loose inside a carboard box which was partially dented, but otherwise OK.
My computer didn t like the confirmation e-mails from pixamania and warned us off opening the e-mails... Read Full Review »

Very pleased with the service provided by Pixmania and my order was delivered within 3 days. Many other retailers did not stock the product and although i did pay a little more with Pixmania i believe that i still got good value. Read Full Review »

The website, though offering good prices, automatically made additions to the price for extras, and it was necessary to explore the site in order to find how to remove them.

The delivery time was promised 2-3 business days. In fact the delivery was 4 business days.

Ordered a printer. DHL supposed to deliver to our office. Left a card to say tried to deliver (they didn t try very hard!) We rang to arrange re-delivery but DHL said it had already gone back to Pixmania. Pixmania customer service were not interested in the slightest, said there was nothing they could do (not even arrange for redelivery) and said we would get a refund once DHL delivered the goo...
