However, it is difficult to contact customer services; I had to wait to be put through for a considerable time (greater than 15 minutes)in order to have order information confirmed.     They took days to process my payment and I got so bored of waiting for them that I just cancelled my order and bought it from someone else.

    They are impossible to contact about your order. If anyone ever manages to speak to someone at pixmania I ll give them a million quid! The only way the communicate is by e-mail.
