I decided to change my first order and did find it hard to cancel it. I spoke to a some one on customer services who said they would cancel it for me, but they did not. Took slightly longer to deliver than I thought, the TV came with a Euro plug as standard with a UK adapter but the product is quality and the price was exceptional for a 37" Sony Bravia TV, couldn t get anything like it locally. Read Full Review »

Delivery via DHL was quite problematic.

Delivery via DHL was quite problematic. They did not notify me as to when they d come. They did not leave a card to re-arrange delivery. I had to call them, to re-arrange it, and I had to take time off work for that. I tried to change the delivery address to my work-address, but DHL refused to do that, told me to contact Pixmania, and Pixmania said they couldn t do that either. Not happy with the ... What a load of rubbish. Item was marked as being in stock at time of order. When tracked a few days later it was suddenly unavailable - although nobody bothered to call or email to tell me this. As they couldn t tell me when the item would be back in stock I cancelled the order and am STILL waiting for the refund of my payment, nearly two weeks later. Wouldn t recommend them AT ALL. Item was lost in the post. The item was sent by recorded delivery but cannot be tracked until arrival (which never happened). This is obviosly Royal Mails responsibility rather than Pixmania s but maybe they should choose a more relaible delivery service. My main gripe however is with Pixmania. Do not buy from these guys. They are quick to get your money and that`s it. I ordered a printer from them which they said was in stock. I have not got it up to now despite paying for delivery. Their customer service is as crap as they come and there call centre is in Romania. The girl I spoke to was very rude and very unhelpful.
