site - easy to find item- good

site - easy to find item- good availability of item - check out difficult - all the signing in etc. not easy - delivery ok - item was what I ordered but I decided to go for a upodate qand wanted to send back item - there my troubles began - could not get anyone to send a return form - did not know procedure for sending back after many e-mails sent from me and phone call (number hard to find) eventually someone responded bvut still not return label so hope that sending back item with letter and details will mean my money will be credited.
