First attempt at ordering the button

First attempt at ordering the button allowing you to not accept the 'Zen engagement' would not show on my viewable screen and so could not deselect. Then order was on time however product did not function properly (not the stores fault - could happen anywhere). On returning the product within the correct time period i was told that the product was now out of stock (now 2 and a half weeks after returning the product) and that a new one would be despatched as soon as it was back in stock. The following day I was sent an email saying that my account had been credited with Pix Pounds as the TV was out of stock ( I didn't request this) After complaining that the product was in stock when this happened I was told that I could simply re-order the product with my PIX pounds. (NOw 5 weeks after inital order with a further week to wait on delivery) however on returning to the website it was out of stock AGAIN. So, on buying a more expensive set today was told that I could use SOME of my pix pounds against the order but have to leave at least some of it in the account as verification that it was me purchasing from the account (I have no clue how this works neither did the customer service guy on the phone '-it just does' was my reply)

Overall a terrible experience and now 5.5 weeks later I am still waiting on my TV. Also, I have noticed that both TVs were almost exactly the same, same make, same size except the more expensive one that I am now buying is lighter...the cheaper TV cost over £30 to ship to NI, whereas the dearer one cost only £6 making a difference of only £6 in total for a better Tv. Just something to watch out for...the product may seem cheaper but delivery costs may vary.
