I would NOT recommend ever using this

I would NOT recommend ever using this store. I had problems with a delivery going missing from DHL and the Pixmania customer service was appallling. It took ages to get through on a premium rate number. They were unhelpful, told me a different story every time and eventually said they would investigate the matter. This would take 7-10 days. In the meantime they have taken the money from my credit card. After speaking to DHL I was told it is Pixmania's responsibility to track the package and inform me if it is missing as this is in their contract. This was not the case and I had to spend a week and several calls to even get an investigation started. They would not give me a telephone number of email for their head office in Paris, only an address or fax! It remains to be seen if I get my money back. Avoid at all costs.
