The prices are quite competitive and if the item is in stock, the order could be quite straightforward. However, it is difficult to contact customer services; I had to wait to be put through for a considerable time (greater than 15 minutes)in order to have order information confirmed. Electronic customer support was slow but did answer my questions eventually. Delivery information was confusing and not accurate: tracking number supplied was invalid and the order tracking implied goods were out of stock - on the day of delivery.
