The price was good but the service was

The price was good but the service was not. The product did not arrive on time and when I emailed about this they said it was not in stock and had did not have a date when it would be in. I then tried to cancel the order but was told I could not as it was on its way. The next five days were spent desperately trying to get clarification as to whether it was being delivered or not. They are extremely reluctant to lose an order to the point if misleading you about availability. After I eventually received the product, I got an email from them telling me it was out of stock!
