Item was lost in the post. The item was sent by recorded delivery but cannot be tracked until arrival (which never happened). This is obviosly Royal Mails responsibility rather than Pixmania s but maybe they should choose a more relaible delivery service. My main gripe however is with Pixmania. I call them and they instructed me that another product or refund could not be sent until an investigation into the missing item was completed. This could take up to three weeks. Why not offer a replacement / refund when it is obvious from the tracking number that it has not been delivered.
Needless to say I bought from Amazon and got great service. I am still waiting for my refund from pixmania 2 weeks on and no word as to the progress of the investigation.
