If you stick to their rules you are fine, but my niggles are that a wrong item was sent in a deal pack. (Wrong spare battery for the camera I bought). They want me to send the whole pack back so they could change the battery and send a new pack back, but I d already used the camera so did not want to risk it. I ve given up & ordered a spare battery from a different supplier. They omitted to send an English plug convertor for the continental battery charger enclosed, but have agreed to send me one, which I wait for. They do not accept standard e-mails, you have to send via their website where e-mailing is not readily available without going through frequent question lists. The deal was good, the product fine, the admin poor & unhelpful!
