We received an e-mail apologising that

We received an e-mail apologising that the item was unexpectedly delayed, but it actually arrived that day, before the e-mail and well within the delivery time.
The packaging was not as good as I expected- the boxed item was loose inside a carboard box which was partially dented, but otherwise OK.
My computer didn t like the confirmation e-mails from pixamania and warned us off opening the e-mails, so I went into my account online instead and downloaded my invoice from there.
