Website is easy to use. Product info and stock availability are accurate. I ordered product and then realised that I had not applied the discount voucher, so contacted customer services who responded quickly, guided me through my options and helped me re-order, applying the discount. Item dispatch notification was emailed with tracking details which were updated regularly until item was delivered a short time afterwards. Item arrived as specified and was well-packed.
Excellent service all round. Many thanks. Would definitely use again and recommend.
