Ordered a printer. DHL supposed to

Ordered a printer. DHL supposed to deliver to our office. Left a card to say tried to deliver (they didn t try very hard!) We rang to arrange re-delivery but DHL said it had already gone back to Pixmania. Pixmania customer service were not interested in the slightest, said there was nothing they could do (not even arrange for redelivery) and said we would get a refund once DHL delivered the goods back to them. they also said in the t s and c s that once DHL have the package (this is their carrier don t forget) it was no longer anything to do with them. Weird company!!!
