The website, though offering good

The website, though offering good prices, automatically made additions to the price for extras, and it was necessary to explore the site in order to find how to remove them.

The delivery time was promised 2-3 business days. In fact the delivery was 4 business days.

The product was OK but included was a continental (2 pin) power supply cable. I phoned customer support but young lady hardly understood the problem. It still has not been resolved. Luckily I have a power cable from an HP printer which is compatible.

Pixmania need to understand how to do business with UK clients
