It took over a week from ordering till

It took over a week from ordering till delivery, but there was a bank holiday involved between those events. I was surprised that the product arrived at the local DHL depot at just four in the morning on Saturday, but wasn t delivered till after 1pm the following Tuesday. I thought specialist couriers ignored bank holidays. But the item was well priced and arrived in good order.

The ordering process was cumbersome in the extreme, and came very close to sabotaging the purchase.
