    The first time I submitted the order it did not get authorised, and they did not inform me of this. I had to track the order myself to make sure it had gone through the second time I submitted the order.     The courier service used by the company were hopelessly disorganised which meant it took an extra day to get my screen, an extra charge, which is being refunded and several long winded phone calls to an 0870 number, costing me money.
