The first time I submitted the order it

The first time I submitted the order it did not get authorised, and they did not inform me of this. I had to track the order myself to make sure it had gone through the second time I submitted the order. Other than this niggle, overall I know I would order again, as when they tell you something is in stock it is, and it was delivered on the delivery date. Read Full Review »

The courier service used by the company

The courier service used by the company were hopelessly disorganised which meant it took an extra day to get my screen, an extra charge, which is being refunded and several long winded phone calls to an 0870 number, costing me money. Whilst i may have ordered the wrong part

Whilst i may have ordered the wrong part and wanted to return it for credit, PCWB sent two of the wrong part and charged me twice for the pleasure.
So far it has taken 6 emails, 3 phone calls and a visit to the local shop and the parts have still not been able to go back.
