    PC world is an abomination so I was quite sceptical about using PCWB but I found that they offered good products with competitive prices, orders were traceable with quick dispatch and if you rang them you got reasonable service.

    Bad points.

    My product was purchased at the end of June. I ordered a Tom Tom go 710. It did not arrive so I was offered a Tom Tom go 910 and my credit card was overcharged by £50. I have e-mails apologising for this and phone calls saying they will refund immediately but they have not done so. I am still waiting. Amazingly poor service from PCWB. Read Full Review »

    Absolute rubbish.

    Sold me an item then claimed it was out of stock. They actually had listed it at the wrong price - they told me that - then denied it. No call backs when promised, explained to 8 + people the probem. Very unsympathetic - wil never use them again. Read Full Review »

    Oh dear, please don't use them. Cheap but let you down. I ordered a briefcase for my husband for Christmas. They gave me a delivery date a while off of 20th Dec. On that date nothing happened. I called them and they said the product had been discontinued. This was not news to me and I had only found a few on the internet. So why did it say in stock?
