They never told me that the item I ordered was out of stock, but when I chased the order up online the system said they expected stock witnin three weeks, so I waited but it did not arrive.     waiting 2 weeks for product to turn up . supposed to be next working day delivery.
    no emails from PCWB . Had to email them to find out whats going on. no reply.
    call them . on hold for 20 mins. they dont know when it will be in stock.
