    Whereas it was easy to place an order, getting it delivered was a different matter. Instead of next day delivery, it is now 1 full week since placing the order and we are still without it, despite phoning to arrange a new delivery after the first one failed. Read Full Review »

    i ordered a replacement key board for my business laptop on-line. Web site indicated stock levels and 2-3 day delivery. After 4 days i chased up the order with customer services, only to be told that my order was due to be cancelled. The adviser told me that this was due to my card being declined (4 days later??).
